A Local Solution to a Global Crisis.

Thrive Center

Thrive Center was previously vacant Quality-Inn Hotel but is now being used to house refugees from all around the world.

With 153 rooms, two event spaces, a full commercial kitchen, and two dining areas Thrive Center is the first transitional refugee housing center in Spokane that provides shelter for refugee and immigrant families and on-site facilities for education and programming.

Thrive Center is the headquarters for Thrive International and a place for community events and partnerships with organizations doing similar work in the Inland Northwest.

Thrive Center is currently providing safe housing for over a hundred refugee families over the next several months.

“Thrive is a big resource. Big support. Thrive is a bedrock for our lives here in America. I have a community here around people who can support me or just talk to.”

Thrive Center Story.

Nasri came to the United States from Syria with his wife and three children in 2023. Fast forward to today: Nasri has not only found a safe place outside Thrive Center but also has a job to support his family and their dreams. He tells us multiple times that with Thrive, he started a new life, "a new, good life."
